Shipping Information: We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

Calculating Cost: Shipping cost is determined by weight of any tangible order, chosen shipping method, shipping origin and shipping destination. Service orders are exempt from shipping charges as there is no tangible product to ship over.

Delivery Time: The available shipping methods and time will depend on the products purchased and shipping destination.

Returns and Exchanges: A 30-Day Return and Exchange policy on any tangible product. This excludes all non tangible service products.

Refunds: *Inform us within 30 days of the date of purchase. *State the item and reason for the return. *Shipping cost is non-refundable. *Return item must be in its original/unused condition. *Item must be returned with full packaging. *If the order was sent as part of a free shipping promotion, an AUD $10 fee will be deducted.

Exchanges: Exchanges are in the form of a return for a refund and you can place a new order anytime at your convenience.

Defects: Defects are rare due to the quality of the products. However, if you believe that the product that you have received is defective: *Do not use the product. *Take some clear macro photos of the defect and send them to us via email. *There will be no need to return a defective product to us if your photos can clearly show the defect.
