MMAPP wants you to be satisfied with any service you purchase from us. We achieve this by providing free trials, free analysis and time spent discussing your needs and discussing options with you before you decide to purchase MMAPP services. This is regarded as the "service assessment" option. 

When it comes to understanding if a service is right for yourself and your business, there can be not much better than the option to test the service and your options first. 

Because of our "service assessment" option, refunds are generally not offered once you have passed the "service assessment" stage and chosen to continue with the service. 

However...
MMAPP will provide a refund in the following cases: 

• Billing error. 

Canceling a service

As MMAPP services are for most part, Pay As You Go there is no financial loss or fear of obligation to cancel a service. 
All you will need to do is let MMAPP know a minimum of a fortnight in advance.
