For career help in the music and entertainment industries, some desirable elements that many companies may be more interested in viewing, and to increase your chances of gaining employment in these highly competitive fields for you consideration are the below.

Responsibilities:
• Product development and team development.
• Document creation, document writing and graphic design experience.
• OH&S knowledge, policy and procedure knowledge.
• Coordinate projects and documents with external partners, other staff and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of current local, national or international trends, including purchasing habit statistics etc.

Desirable standard requirements:
• Internet and program experience HTML/CSS etc, social media, design and document creation.
• Exceptional phone, email and face to face communication skills, self motivated and proven problem solving skills.
• Interview, media and review writing skills. 

Pay Rates:
• This will depend on your experience and chosen field of profession. But as a general rule, you can
expect rates from $17 an hour and upwards for entry level $AUD.

Courses:
• There are many courses now available through Universities, TAFES and other independent education agencies. It will be in your best interest to research what is available to yourself and also research any Government help that you may be able to receive.
